Please review our salon policies before your appointment: ⏰ Cancellations • Appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 40% cancellation fee based on the total service cost. • If you are feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. • The service provider reserves the right to deny service if illness symptoms are present or if policies are not followed. 👶 Children • For safety and comfort, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service. • Exceptions may be made only if arranged in advance with your stylist prior to the appointment. ⏳ Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, subject to a $15 rescheduling fee. • Please plan accordingly to ensure you receive your full service time.
